Laura Levine, a New York based photographer recently found an LP recording of 1958, Famous Photographers Tell How. Henri Cartier Bresson, Weegee, Arthur Rothstein, Bruce Drownes and Tana Hoban talk about picture-making.Listen to Weegee, a candid street photographer in New York City of the 1940s. He earned his fame for his photos of crime scenes and the victims usually shot with a Speed Graphic 4×5 camera with flash bulbs (Wiki about Weegee).

Another photographer on this gem of a record is Henri Cartier Bresson (HCB), the father of modern photojournalism and pioneer of the Leica, which he described as an ‘extension of my eyes’ (Wiki about HCB).
